Refund Policy

General policy

All purchases on AcademicBanana are generally non-refundable. Subscription fees are charged in advance and access to the service is granted immediately upon payment. By subscribing, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Refund requests

We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. To submit a request, email hello@academicbanana.com with the subject line Refund Request and include your account email and the reason for your request. We will review and respond within 5 business days. Approval is not guaranteed.

Non-refundable situations

• Partial billing periods — we do not prorate unused time
• Free plan — there is no charge
• Accounts suspended for violation of our Terms of Service
• Requests submitted without a valid account email
